He served as an instructor for apprentices at Local 392 for 17 years. He was also a recording secretary and health and welfare trustee for 15 years at Local 392. Cliff served on the Clermont County Community Services directors board for 12 years and the Clermont County homeless shelter board for 12 years.

Once she read the qualifications and mission of Job Corps, she felt it would be a great fit. For the past 29 years, Sharon has worked in several departments at Job Corps, including records, scheduling, residential, center standards and career services.

He brings more than 35 years of teaching experience and currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State Community and Technical College. When he isn’t working, John enjoys walking, reading, singing in his church choir and playing with his grandkids.

He earned an Associate of Arts degree in human services from Big Sandy Community and Technical College, a bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University and a master’s degree in criminal justice administration. He loves working with students and helping them be the best they can be.

is a 25-year veteran of the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center working as the Penn Foster High School/GED instructor and academic disabilities coordinator. She previously served as a TABE Math instructor, Paintsville High School instructor, academic manager, GED instructor and Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery tutor. Shirley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in education in mathematics and language arts from Alice Lloyd College. She then continued postgraduate courses and received her Rank II from Morehead State University.
